Tracee(front desk receptionist) was AWESOME, she was very personable and professional. I just completed a 1800 mile drive up from Iowa, and she got me checked in and on my way to my room to catch up on some much needed sleep in no time.

This was my first time coming here I was a visitor of a guest... The customer service is phenomenal... Tracy was absolutely amazing she had us laughing ... I was not a registered guests however I was here visiting with somebody I just wanted to say when you first drive up it looks a little rough but when you get inside the rooms let me tell you something never judge a book by its cover. I have never seen a hotel room so clean with towels that actually don't have stains on them. Tracy was great she was knowledgeable told us what there was to do around the areas we're visiting. I did read the reviews before we decided to come here and I must say if you're booking a room and you know it's across the street from the hospital in a freeway why would you complain about the noise I'm just curious that's all
